1. Education:
(a) Information on the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program for studying in Japan
Every year, around the months of May or June, the Application forms would arrive from Japan for the following year’s intake.
There are three main categories of Scholarships which are:
1. Research student (Postgraduate/MA/PhD)
2. Undergraduate student
3. Specialized Training College Student
4. National Institute of Technology (KOSEN) Student
[NOTE] These are offered to qualified Ni-Van nationals.

Please submit the application forms and necessary documents to the Ministry of Education (Scholarship and Training Unit) by 23 May 2025.
[NOTE] For those residing outside Port Vila and interested in applying for this Scholarship Program, we will be accepting application documents via email.However, if you pass our document screening, you will be required to submit the original application documents when taking the written exam in Port Vila.
