On 4 March 2021 the Handover Ceremony for “The Project for Provision of Emergency Response Vehicles to Vanuatu Red Cross Society” under the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP) was held at the Vanuatu Red Cross Society Office in Port Vila. H.E, Mr CHIBA Hirohisa, Ambassador of Japan to Vanuatu, handed over 2 new 4WD vehicles to Mr. Moses Steven JENERY, President of Vanuatu Red Cross Society.
